Description: This SoMAntra® live music experiential class will explore somatic and yoga therapy practices based in Vinyasa Flow to awaken and ignite the current of communication and sensation cultivated and activated by priming the neural pathways including pranayam, mudra, mantra and asana for all levels of practice.
