When we call upon the light of our souls, remembering our abiding true nature in sisterhood, we return home.
Let’s circle up and share in some magic to weave into our world! All are warmly welcomed. No experience necessary.
We will call upon SHEKINAH, the embodiment and presence of Divine Feminine light, for restoration and balance during this evolution of humanity and time in our planet’s history.
Through sacred song, ritual and ceremony, we will honor the dark fertile ground of the fiery New Moon in Sagittarius and Total Solar eclipse woven with the wisdom of Hanukkah – a time of igniting the abiding light of our dedication, discernment and devotion.

“The moon is a loyal companion. It never leaves. It’s always there, watching, steadfast, knowing us in our light and dark moments, changing forever just as we do. Every day it’s a different version of itself. Sometimes weak and wan, sometimes strong and full of light. The moon understands what it means to be human. Uncertain. Alone. Cratered by imperfections.” -Tahereh Mafi from “Shatter Me”

Shanti Medina has been gathering women together in sacred circles of celebration for over 20 years. Her sacred Salt Ceremonies and Stirring the Shakti retreats and events inspire women to transform the mundane into magic, celebrate the simply sacred, empower true nature, and fuel the fire of purpose and passion.
She founded her Body Current® modality as a bridge between ancient wisdom and modern neuroscience. Much of Shanti’s inherent wisdom in regulating the nervous system was imprinted as a young child living through her own trauma. Her own healing has inspired the root of her unique approach in coaching women’s wellness and wholeness as well as training elite athletes and top business professionals.
Supporting her students and clients in living an intention-filled life of well-being is her passion. She guides each person on a journey of optimal performance and wild inspiration through simple practices of embodied self-realization. Shanti considers herself a “revealer” rather than a “healer”. She has enjoyed facilitating her Body Current protocols in a variety of 500HR Yoga Teacher Trainings and as faculty at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health as well as the Neurosculpting Institute and most recently as the Development Director and Facilitator for the Sacred Arts Practitioner Certification at StarHouse. To find out more about Shanti’s global events and private sessions in person at her home sanctuary in Boulder, CO or from your home or office via Skype/Zoom, please visit EnergizeShanti .
