Mira Devi is a kirtan artist, singer/songwriter, and healer whose journey has been inspired by eastern philosophy for over twenty years. A lifelong musician, Mira spent a decade at Shoshoni Yoga Retreat, an ashram near Boulder, CO. There she was introduced to the practice of chanting, and she recorded several CDs of original music with the ashram band, Shiva’s Garden. A certified Ayurvedic Counselor, Certified Yoga Teacher, and Licensed Massage Therapist, Mira integrates the contemplative, healing, and performing arts through chanting events, live performances, yoga workshops, and Ayurvedic bodymind therapies. She has been creating, recording, and sharing sacred music for many years.
