During this time of death and rebirth, we join together to remember our ancestors and loved ones who have transitioned. We will co-create an ancestor altar and experience an African Shamanic Grief Ritual to honor and connect with our loved ones who have left this Middle realm. Share in sacred songs, ancient rituals and Dances of Universal Peace to connect with our Spirit Guides through space and time.
We will drum in our ancient allies and ancestors to dance and celebrate with us in an herbal Tea Ceremony and a sacred ritual sharing offerings of flowers, personal objects and elements from nature to honor and welcome the Spirit of the Ancestors.
Día de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead, represents a celebration of life and death, it is an annual time of honoring our ancestors. Join Shanti Medina and Dr. Olga Vera, along with special musical accompaniment by Scott Medina and Ben Levi, for a powerful Sunday afternoon in the divine dance of death and rebirth to honor ourselves and the ancestors who have passed, inviting them as guests to our community ceremony at the beautiful StarHouse in the foothills of Boulder, CO.
