What sisters are saying about their retreat experience:
“The flow of this retreat was exquisite. Everything aligned so perfectly with what I needed. Moving thru the elemental experiences with movement, song and meditation touched my heart so deeply. It was healing for my heart, mind and soul.” – A’ra
“This was my first year joining you at the gathering for women. To be honest, I was hesitant at first because I had not attended a twelve hour event with women before. I found myself with more and more energy as the day went on and wishing it wasn’t ending after the full day! This was a life changing experience and the food was delicious. Thank you again and again! I will be sure to see you next year!” – Nancy
“Year after year I look forward to gathering with you and the women in the circle. Each year I have insights and aha moments that have changed my life. I’ve also made some amazing friends through the Stirring the Shakti gathering.” – Jeanie
“In my 35 yers of co-creating, facilitating, supporting, managing, developing, etc. etc., many wonderous and powerful seminars, what you created yesterday is the creme de la creme. Because of you and your team, I got kissed by the Divine yesterday. Thank you beautiful Sage for who you are. I am an official groupie of yours. ;-)” – Jody

Nancy Linsley
Nancy’s passion is helping women. She has created a fusion of the principles of The Feldenkrais Method of Movement Education, Bones For Life, and The Sounder Sleep System to assist, inspire and empower women on their path of personal growth, bringing more joy, meaning and well-being into their lives. She uses intention and attention, along with movement to explore and discover what habits you have that are keeping you from being your best, and find options that are easier, more comfortable, efficient and pleasurable- not only habits of movement that cause pain, but also habits of thought and behavior, that aren’t necessarily serving you anymore.
Nancy will be teaching a Feldenkrais-based movement lesson that will help you let go of pain, tension, stress – and deal with issues that are physical, emotional and metaphorical. By doing gentle, mindful guided movement variations, you’ll learn to move better, think better and feel better. Great for the body and the brain!
