Truly let the nectar of each sensation wash over you. You can feel the field of awareness being activated as you bring your attention deeper and deeper into the sea of sensations in each moment. Now take this field of activated awareness into motion. How softly, sweetly and slowly can you take the next step and the next step and the next? Try not to label what your senses are sharing. Simply stay in the energy of these sensations with expansive awareness dissolving the labels and stories. How lightly can you plant each foot? How does it feel to walk slowly and mindfully?
