In this 5 minute practice, explore using your breath as a tool to tune into the patterns and pathways of your nervous system through self-regulating the 10th cranial nerve, the vagus nerve.
The breath is one of the emergent portals into this nerve, the master regulator of our autonomic nervous system. No prior experience is necessary. There are no contraindications.
